For two days, from April 28 to April 29th, BTour Chain moved the office to Chuncheon City, the home town of our founder & co-founder. The warm spring days are here and BTour Chain team decided to combine pleasant with useful. The team members and advisers met at the Chuncheon Gugok Falls. The location was chosen purposely, since Gukok Falls is the first tourist site where BTour Chain’s SoT device (pilot test project) was installed on April 10th, 2020. The team was honored with the presence of BTour Chain’s Founder and the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea. Dr. Hang Seung- soo.
The workshop included the shooting of the SoT introduction video, which is scheduled to be published later this month. The video will include introductory information in 4 languages (Korean, Chinese, English, and Spanish) and will as well explain in detail how to use the SoT system and its benefits for the tourist location and the nearby located businesses.
While one team was busy shooting SoT, the other team went hiked through Gugok Falls to Munbae village. The hike was led by our founder Dr. Han. The team had lunch in a traditional dak-galbi place in the village surrounded by nature.
During the workshop, the Co-Founder and CEO of BTour Chain, Mr. Kim Young-kun, President of the Europe office, Mr. Ko Jin-suk, President of Chinese office, Mr. Shin Jae-won and the General Manager of Marketing, Ms. Tabassum, presented the latest updates about BTour Chain at the seminar held in Diamond hall of Bears hotel.
Mr. Kim opened the workshop by briefly introducing the concept of the Satisfaction of Things (SoT) and the SoT App “Hmm..!” (글쎄! In Korean), which is currently under the planning & developing process. The app will represent an online extension of the SoT and will allow the users to be rewarded for the review of the tourist sites, restaurants or products, as well as to pay for hotels or meals by using BTM (BTour mileage). The app will be a convenient tool for the tourism service providers (TES) to improve their business by using the big data generated by the App.
In his presentation, Mr. Ko gave an overview of the App from the business perspective, while mentioning its functionality and purpose. Mr. Shin announced the worldwide launching of GGex-a cryptocurrency trading exchange by GG56 Ltd, which is scheduled by the end of 2020. This news lifted the ambience of the whole seminar as the exchange will represent an important step in globalizing BTour Chain. The seminar ended with a presentation of the strategic and marketing direction to reach $1/BTOURand $50/BTOUReventually. It was presented by the general manager of marketing and concluded with a Q&A session.
The Q&A session that followed the presentations was a constructive interaction among BTour Chain team members and the advisors. The questions, feedback, and advice received are valuable to the improvement of the current and future projects.
In the end of the seminar, the whole team went for dinner at a very famous local restaurant. They exchanged ideas, which can further enhance the relationship between team members. As a result, they can work harder to bring the 4th industrial revolution in tourism and philanthropy.
The following day was comprised of visiting the tourist locations in Chucheon city and having lunch in restaurant with a scenic view of Soyang river of Chuncheon. The workshop ended with the lunch and everyone went back to their home to enjoy the upcoming six days long holiday.
The workshop proved to be an advantageous way of bringing together team members and advisers. We, BTour Chain, wish to have more of such workshops to improve our bonding, and brainstorm new ideas to expand our business worldwide.
